Welcome to Lili's Long Day! LLD is a work of interactive fiction intended to familiarize readers with a broad variety of philosophical topics. You'll follow Lili throughout her day as she comments on the people, objects, and scenery around her, asking philosophical questions along the way. Browse around each scene to read all of Lili's thoughts before proceeding to the next.

The reader is given the option of marking which philosophical questions they find most interesting to them. When they do so, they'll be able to access extra commentary and reading recommendations on the topic. It's also a good way for beginner philosophy students to get a sense of what different branches of philosopher there are, and which ones they are personally drawn to.

A playthrough with careful reading should take about an hour at most, and the player can save their game at any time through the settings menu.

If you'd prefer not to use cookies, or if you want faster load times, I recommend you download a desktop release. The Windows release is stable; for the time being, the MacOS and Linux releases are experimental.
